(2) The following sections are well in hand, and will be available almost immediately: (18) Gearbox and change speed lever mechanism. (19) Pedals and clutch operation. (20) Dashboard and fittings (including floorboards.) We are held up from progress in certain directions through lack of information on the following sections: (21) Engine, suspension, supercharger, inlet and exhaust pipes, and wheelcase. (We have only the design of the crankshaft and bearings - L EC.3097). (22) Rudge-Whitworth wire wheels. We are held up from progress for want of a ruling on the following details - (23) Shock dampers. (24) Centralised chassis lubrication.
