NORTHAMPTON.

Attention of Mr. E.M. CLIFTON.

Dear Sirs,

Replying to your letter of the 11th instant, for which we thank you, we note the differences between the new and the old blue prints of the Myth body, as well as the additional cost for fitting the facier board and steering wheel.

Regarding the waist-line moulding, we have taken the matter up with the suppliers of the chromium plated portion which will be superimposed on the pressed moulding, and find that we will probably have to make the moulding slightly wider, as they cannot die cast the plated portion as narrow as we are asking for. We have taken the matter up with them and have suggested a width of 3/4". We now await their reply to know if they can produce a satisfactory job this width. As soon as this information comes to hand, we will advise you on the increase that will be necessary.

This will of course apply to the width of the moulding extending the length of the car, as the body portion will have to be increased in proportion with the bonnet.

We hope to dispatch to you, on Monday next, a blue print showing the windscreen and back light.

The front end, including radiator, front wings, lamps, etc.. we are at present working on and will let you have the necessary drawings as soon as possible.

Enclosed is a print of the small wheel (Print No. PL.397).

Instrument board and steering wheel will follow as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,
