COMBINED PETROL TAP ON DASH. P.2.

We thank you for your BY/Cgh{W Clough}15/G30.3.3I. and the print of Scheme I466.

We have come to the conclusion that it is very difficult to make a job of the mechanical remote control on the side of the frame and suggest that we adhere to our original suggestion of a combined tap on the dash, to take the place of the present one.

We send herewith N.Sch.3265. shewing a double tap which should be little more expensive than the present one, as the number of pieces is almost the same and they are simple.

The tank fitting will be cheapened by the removal of the present tap, and the scheme is one which can be easily fitted to an existing car.

We suggest that the scheme should be made standard on P.2. as soon as possible, and that this tap should be used on the 25/25 HP. making a slightly different drilling as there is no reserve in the autovac on that car.

We presume that you have already made a two union tank fitting for the tank, and for our information we would be glad if you would send us a print.
