Order No P.B. 37 Customer's No. X3534 ⑤ The insulation on the pigtails of the two insulated brushes should be well preserved, as these are liable to come into contact with surrounding parts of the machine. ⑥ The main terminal on the carcase should be firmly fixed, so that it will not be liable to work loose with use. ⑦ It should be seen that the bolted connection on the field coils inside the carcase, is pressed low enough to prevent fouling with the armature but not so low as to make contact with the carcase.
