We therefore suggest this point for the consideration of Messrs. North, the B.T.H. magneto being also a sleeve machine. Further to our EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 3/T16.11.25 and our subsequent conversation with regard to the H.T. collector on the Watford magneto, we have ascertained from the laboratory that the H.T. collector taken off one of the most recent machines with the new and better location of sleeve, which machine was removed from one of our experimental cars, consists of a phenol moulding and not a rubber base material, so it appears that your impression that these were made of ebonite, will not be correct.
