Dear Sirs,

We have to thank you for your letter of the 27th instant with reference to EMERSON Car Radio equipment and have pleasure in replying to your enquiry as follows :-

SPECIFICATION. We are enclosing herewith Technical Data and Instruction Sheet, which illustrates the circuit system, and which we think will give you most of the technical information you are likely to require - with the exception of the wave length range which is from approximately 90 to 570 metres. This, of course, is ample to cover the majority of the leading stations.

RETAIL PRICE. The set complete with suppressing equipment for a six cylinder engine, including generator and distributor condensers £15.0.0. Resistance (when required) for operating on a 12 volt circuit 7/6.

TRADE PRICE. Set as above net price to British car manufacturers £7.10.0.

AERIAL EQUIPMENT. This, if required, is quoted for according to requirement.

When fitting to complete cars, we generally use and recommend a single electron wire run round the head lining and this can generally be concealed completely behind the top seam beading.
When fitting to open cars, we prefer the running board aerial which consists of a strip of copper mesh between two ebonite plates bolted underneath the running board.
