We are instructed by the Ministry of Munitions that deliveries of Lubricating Oil, Mineral Colza, Petroleum Jelly, Paraffin Wax and Scale shall be made to you only on condition that no supplies shall be made which will provide by such delivery, together with any stock on hand, more than six weeks' normal supply based on current requirements.

Please intimate by return that you agree to the above.

I have received a most encouraging report from Messrs. Wolseley this morning, this being on the third consignment of our oil.

Thank you for your promise to advise me when the tests are completed.
