W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham Esq.
Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.
DERBY.

Dear Mr. Robotham,

Now that we have doffed our chains and, in their centres anyway, most of our roads are reasonable again, would you care to make another appointment to come and see our Cotal activities?

Practically any day will suit me, but if I am not here arrangements are all ready for you to:-

(a) Drive a car fitted with a Cotal box,
(b) Examine its component parts,
(c) Inspect the methods by which it is tested, and
(d) See rather an interesting remote-control marine reverse gear running on the bed.

Yours sincerely,

W.M.W Thomas.

Managing Director.
