Instructing the return of two Bleriot Phi type cutouts to the makers for readjustment due to not meeting specifications.

X.4215 - BLERIOT PHI CUTOUTS. We are sending into the Stores two Bleriot Phi type cutouts. These are to be returned to Messrs. Bleriot Ltd. 2 & 4 Catesby Street, Walworth, S.E.17, to be returned to us again after they have readjusted these. The reason for the return, is that in the case of these two instruments, we are not quite satisfied that they operate in accordance with our specification.
