OIL COOLER FAILURES - PH.III.

In connection with the above we are about to recommend that oil coolers are removed from all Ph.III chassis in service, and would like you to let us have as soon as possible a report on the condition, mileage etc. of the big end bearing on all Ph.III engines which have been stripped after 10,000 miles running.
