[Handwritten Signature] Phan.III - Oil Coolers. --------------------- There have been 53 failures to date, in 4 cases cars have been held up on the road. There have been 5 failures of the latest 'F' type, three of these occurred on cars which had previously had failures of the 'E' type cooler. 47 of the failures have been on cars used in this country. There does not seem any indication that mileage is a factor. Failures have occurred at mileages ranging from 2,000 to 22,000. There are 600 cars fitted with oil coolers.
