R.R. 235 a (400 T) (S.C. 536. 15-2-16) G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 1546. EXTRACT FROM R8/IB2315 of MARCH 2nd, 1915. X.1452 - CLAUDEL-HOBSON CARBURETTERS. I have suggested in the telegram that we put on a smaller carburetter, which would lower the compression somewhat, and would probably ensure a better mixture being obtained. We think our own carburetter which has been requisitioned will not give quite so much gas as the 36 m/m Claudel Hobson, although we expect the mixture would be far better over a range of speed, and could be adjusted after the engine heats up for good economy. | ||
