RE X.1452 - CLAUDEL-HOBSON CARBURETTERS.

"It will be necessary to have a governor fitted to the engine, so that it should maintain a constant speed, als also I should assume that the Claudel-Hobson carburetter was not suitable for a governed engine, the throttle valve not being sufficiently perfectly balanced, and the carburation would have to be more exactly maintained when throttled down, as would naturally be the case with this carburetter is a separate balanced throttle were fitted."
