re Chassis No.103-TA - Loss of Water due to Torque Reaction Bolts coming adrift

We have recently received a complaint from P., copy of which we attach.

We have examined several chassis on test, but there do not seem to be any signs of the bolts or fixing studs being loose - in fact they were definitely tight. The matter, however, is one which we feel may be considered requires attention in regard to design and some more definite locking device.
