Dear Mr. Robotham, Further to your visit, when you mentioned that you would like to have sight of Mr. Geoffrey Smith's Bentley, during a conversation with that gentleman when he called at our Works this morning he informed me that he will be visiting your good folk at Derby shortly. Unfortunately, his dial schemes are executed in white with black markings, but I feel sure that you will be interested in them, although in my opinion these instruments have not the excellent appearance of the black with white markings. Sincerely yours, C.W. Nichols. P.S. Please excuse me not signing this personally, as I shall have left the office before it is typed. | ||
