Spring eyes in N.S. spring are .030 out of alignment (see attached sketch) O.S. .010 out of alignment.

SPRING POUNDAGES with .500 negative camber

N.S. (assembled)
Before test - 1211 lb.
After test - 1207 lb.

O.S. (assembled)
Before test - 1218 lb.
After test - 1210 lb.

REAR SHOCK DAMPERS

Main cylinders, connecting tubes and end caps, end covers, valve chambers etc. all damaged due to stones.

Main cylinders heavily scored internally. Pistons scored on diameter and worn on thrust pads.

O.S. connecting tube F.86196 split at the corner of slot, both tubes very badly damaged by stones.

Intermediate Levers slightly scored and worn on radial thrust faces.

Low pressure valves worn on seating.

High pressure valves lightly scored on diameter.

Spherical seatings at lower end of connecting tubes scored and worn.

Inner ball pad (top O.S.) F.86519, heavily worn on spherical seating. N.S. pad lightly scored.

GOVERNOR DAMPENER CONTROL.

General condition good.

Bush E.80013 /Governor shaft/ worn in bore and working out of casing. Slight wear on Governor Shaft bearing section.

Main casing very slightly worn in plunger bore. Very slight scoring on plunger eccentric.

Filter gauze broken away from filter body..

REAR STABILISER

[Handwritten note] accessory wear had taken place, flexing of connecting link body

Condition of levers and rod satisfactory but connecting tube assemblies heavily damaged due to exposure to stones.

Ball end pins F.86515 worn and pitted on sphere.

OIL PIPING. (Centralised lubrication)

[Handwritten note] had been trapped on near axle. part

Condition good - no fractures.

[Handwritten note] pipes to new springs for back country work
