Cricklewood,
Sept. 18th, 1936.

Mr. A.{Mr Adams} C. Frazer Nash's Bentley.

I have been over to Kingsbury and interviewed Mr. Clark with regard to Mr. Nash's Bentley.

They have not heard from him for some time, evidently Mr. Nash intended his car to be dealt with by you. If you will write to him asking him to bring the car to Kingsbury the complaints mentioned will be dealt with in a Service manner. I have been informed that the said Gentleman is more or less a crank with regard to steering. We quite agree with him in regard to dismantling the petrol pump and reported the same from France. The distributor rotor has been dealt with by By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} after my reports and samples of failures here.

With regard to his complaint of engine idling and not running properly; i.e., knocking on most petrols. I saw the testers report and it stated idling up to standard; detonations no more than standard.

Mr. Clark informed me that it was a good standard Bentley.

The car will receive every attention at Kingsbury.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} W. Hancock.
