A.G. Frazer Nash, Esq.,
London Road Works,
Kingston-on-Thames.

Dear Sir,

Mr. Hives has handed me your letter of the 11th September, and we have been over the matter with our Kingsbury Service Station.

We think that the faults of which you complain can all be dealt with satisfactorily at Kingsbury. We have an Experimental Engineer who is constantly in touch with Kingsbury and pays them frequent visits, and he will be able to keep in touch with the work.

With regard to steering and idling, the former is always a compromise and opinions must differ as to what is desirable. Though Kingsbury will probably be able to improve your idling we have to admit that if you wish it to compare with the 20/25 HP. we shall have to reduce the power output of your engine.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
