E/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}1/HP.10.4.34.

(6)- More silent fan - requires more testing.
(7)- Hydraulic tappet gear - not in a sufficiently advanced state for production.
(8)- Eccentrically mounted dynamo pinion - doubtful if the advantages to production are worth the changeover.
(9)- Clutch modifications. Clutch troubles on P.II are not sufficiently numerous to warrant the changeover.

CHASSIS.
-------

(1)- Harrison radiator matrix - more testing required.
(4)- Steering with .940 lead etc. GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} reports on this unfavourably.
(5)- Petrol tank - modifications to suit concealed luggage grid - see (11) below.
(8)- Exhaust silencer modifications to cure rattles and crackles - more experience and testing required.
(11)-Concealed luggage grid - tools for producing this are very costly.
(13)-Battery ignition - circular condenser made by the Telegraph Condenser Co - changeover not warranted.
(18)-Washer adjustment for rear axle crown wheel. The rear axle on 26-EX is not quiet.

This leaves us with few items to recommend for 'T.2' series. These are as follows:-

CHASSIS.
-------

(2)- Wider front brake shoes - improved braking.
(3)- Brake linings fixed with bifurcated rivets - cheaper production..
