13th May, 1939.

Dear Sirs,

Referring to the further set of discs which we returned on the 24th March, after having fixed rubber strips at the periphery, we should be interested to learn whether you feel the time is opportune for one of our Factory Technical Representatives to discuss the fixation of these rubber strips from a production view point.

It will also be necessary to make provision for the non-standard tube valves which are incorporated in this scheme, and if you feel that some action should be taken in this direction, perhaps you would advise us.

Yours faithfully,
For DUNLOP RUBBER CO.,LTD.
