x260 To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}15/KW.12.12.35. 4-B-IV, Lappin's car has now completed 29,050 miles in England and 14,500 miles in France. We attach the Inspection Report, and the engine is now laid out in the shop for you to look at. The Textolite gears are of particular interest in view of the fact that we are committed to them on the SpectreCodename for Phantom III at present. The oil consumption of this car was quite good at the end of the test. Driving really hard we got 550 miles per gallon. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
