Conductor composed of tinned and soft copper wires. Insulated with pure and V.I.R. to a diameter of 7 mm. left bare, to your specification 265. at £12.10.0d. per 1000 yards. Alternatively (1a) Type A. {Mr Adams} Ditto but Gloverite insulated with a tape applied before vulcanising and subsequently stripped off. Generally in accordance with the sample already in your possession. at £19. 0. 0 per 1000 yards. Alternatively (1b) Type E. {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Ditto but insulated with special compound with a tape applied before vulcanising and subsequently stripped off.
