| DETAILS OF ALL ADJUSTMENTS MADE ON 10,000 MILES. ADJUSTMENTS. Tappets adjusted every 2000 miles. Plugs adjusted every 2000 miles. Fan belt adjusted at 1200 miles - 2000 miles - 4600 miles - new link fitted at 5200 miles - adjusted 8800 miles. Brakes adjusted. Foot brake adjusted at 5240 miles - again at 9400 miles. Hand brake not adjusted during test. Shock absorber ball ends - N.S. rear at 2000 miles - all four at 9400 miles. Cross steering tube ball joints - adjusted at 6500 miles. Water pump gland adjusted after 2500 MILES REMARKS. According to instructions given in book. After the first setting at 2000 miles, tappets did not require much adjustment. According to instructions given in book. Plugs gave no trouble whatever. Fan belt gave more trouble than usual. We are testing other makes. We should consider brake adjustment normal.
