-2- Contd. The whole unit is compact and finished off remarkably well, everything being easily detachable, and designed evidently with a view to providing the minimum amount of attention. Battery ignition is almost universal in the U.S.A. and we assume this unit, because it is fitted to RR. cars, represents the latest evolution of battery ignition units. It will be interesting therefore to observe the performance of this unit on the bench and fitted to a Phantom, especially as CY. reports that RR. cars fitted with this unit in America give hardly any ignition trouble.
