We are returning the 6 large porcelain ignition plugs which failed on Goshawk.
Two failed completely and the others appear to be going.
The porcelain is apparently of wrong material and I doubt if the design is a wise one.
Regarding K.L.G. plugs, none of these so far as I know have failed in any way. I was not aware the price was so moderate as 3/- each.
The statement that the K.L.G. plugs failed at Ricardo's was to warn you against over confidence in this particular pattern. I understand that they will not bear aero engine conditions.
