Under the circumstances we should prefer to leave the matter open pro-tem, and would like to suggest that you yourselves get in touch with Messrs. Lucas on the subject when they would advise you as to the result of their own experiments. There is no doubt that we shall be able to eventually produce a satisfactory item of this description, but at the moment cannot state how soon this will be.
