Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} x45353 Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}19/T14.11.34. BENTLEY SERVICE. Referring to your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/MJ8.11.34, it is the intention that the relations between the Bentley Service Station at Kingsbury and the Derby Works should be on exactly similar lines to those existing between Derby and Cricklewood. The efforts which you have made to deal with recurrent troubles with Rolls-Royce cars in collaboration with N. should be duplicated in the case of the Bentley car with the Kingsbury Depot. I have written a note to Pk., copy of which I attach hereto and which is self explanatory. Will you therefore please take up with Kingsbury any problem which you think needs your attention, in order to improve the Bentley car and to reduce the number of complaints.
