Directive regarding the material used for exhaust valves on 20 HP and 40/50 HP chassis, changing to S.L.V. steel.

In view of Mr. Hancock's reports, whilst there is no need to create a panic it is certainly desirable for us to go back to S.L.V. steel for chassis exhaust valves.
