S/W. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} X4572 H12/PD/2-6-26. Technical Information. Replying to your HsL/LG 20.5.26., I think the information you have gathered together in the folio which accompanies your memo, is extremely valuable, and would be of the greatest assistance to anybody who has to meet any of our customers in connection with their criticisms or complaints from time to time. Would it be too much to ask for a copy for each of the six Inspecting Engineers, including myself. I would, of course, inform them that if they are fortunate enough to have a copy, it must be looked upon as strictly confidential. I have not had time to do more than dip into it, but I happened to come across a small error on Page 14 of the Section entitled "Steering Gear", where it seems to me the "Graph" should have been "Graph III" and not "Graph I".. "Graph I" being already shown on Page 4 and "Graph III" being referred to in the text. (On your copy only.) This of course may only be a mistake in the copy I have before me. . H.{Arthur M.
