We frequently get criticisms from outside Depots and Officials which are based upon wrong assumptions. It has cost a considerable amount of time and energy to correct this. We hope, with the help of these notes that Officials will be able to deal with criticisms and complaints more effectively, and the time taken in getting them out will be well repaid.
