In order to ensure that it is possible to communicate with the Clan Foundry after working hours the following instructions have been issued to the Watchmen.

From 7.30 to 8.30 in the morning and from 7 to 8 at night, the Watchman will be in the proximity of the telephone so that he can answer any calls.

For the remainder of the night the Watchman will be where he can hear the telephone from 5 minutes before each hour until 5 minutes after each hour.
