Copy for Mr. Robotham of Rolls Royce Ltd. ----------- WCD/RMM. GDR/MJ. 21st September, 1937. C.D.Robinson, Esq., The Associated Equipment Co.Ltd. SOUTHALL. Middx. Dear Mr. Robinson, I have yours of the 17th inst., and we do consider the new Bearing Alloy to show up better than R.R.56. You appreciate, of course, that it is essential that the bearings are fitted correctly, and, if necessary, certain modifications are made in design. It is for that reason that, as soon as you are ready to discuss the matter, we should have a chat, together with the people at Rolls Royce who have been doing the work on the bearing material. Yours sincerely, W.C.Devereux. | ||
