The Memo addressed to me dated 14. 2. 40 has apparently been mislaid in the mail and arrived some fortnight later. I did not give it immediate attention as I understood that all alterations would be dealt with by you. This piece I understand has been held up in the works awaiting my reply, so I have accordingly replied to avoid a further hold up.
