RR 238 (100 BKS) (SH57. 29-6-20.) MP 224388 ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. INSTRUCTIONS. To: E E C Order No. PC 74 Customer's No. X 4430 Temperature Test of Paper Condensers. Treated with Paraffin Wax. Seven paper dielectric condensers, treated in various ways, but chiefly with paraffin wax, have been tested in a similar manner to the varnished paper condensers. The condensers were tested in two groups of four and three respectively, details of them being as follows:- Group 1. No 1312. Made up with untreated white paper, and the whole impregnated with commercial paraffin wax. No 1576. Made up with untreated white paper and impregnated with paraffin wax of melting point 140 F. {Mr Friese} No 1590.
