Further to Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}1/JH.26.7.40. we give herewith the suggested allocation of prints of drawings to cater for the above.

(1) SCHEMES.
1 off to Ve.
1 " Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}
1 " HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}
1 " Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH.
2 " Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS{C. Trot Salt - Carburation} (for Blackstone.)

Under no circumstances should scheme drawings be altered, once they have been issued. A revised scheme should be issued as such, under a new number.

(2) DETAILS, ARRANGEMENTS L.O.P'S AND INDEX SHEETS.

To :- Ve. 1 off.
" HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} 2 off, For machined parts.
or 3 off, For castings.
" Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS{C. Trot Salt - Carburation} 2 off for Blackstone,

(3) ALTERATIONS.

To be clearly marked whether production or development, and issued in the same quantity to the same personnel to whom originals have been issued.

(4) SPECIFICATIONS.

These to be catered for by Index Sheets,, which compile the L.O.P.'s for any one complete gun. These Index Sheets to be as per sample supplied by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH and should be issued to the same personnel as Details, L.O.P's, etc.,

(5) METHOD OF ISSUING DRAWINGS.

A covering Memo. to go with all drawings being issued.
