Gentlemen:

Rolls Royce Guns.

I have to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated the 6th. September, 1940. Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}9/ML. and to request that you will confirm that the mounting referred to therein will be the first (L.M.S.) Rolls mounting, as it is not the intention to send an adapted Oerlikon mounting with the first gun to Motor A/S boat No: 15.
