- 2 - Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} 7. You will approve of the "ready-use" locker as seen on the Range today. 8. We hope to deliver the first gun to the Power Boat Company, Southampton, sometime next week. This gun will be fitted on the Oerlikon mounting. To help the job along, we are having a go at the armoured shields, though as you know, we have repeatedly said that we do not want to be mixed up with shields, since they do not fall into line with the sort of products we are in the habit of manufacturing. With regard to the pedestal type mounting. We should have one of these finished by next week. We are finishing off the design of the armour plated shields for this mounting on the lines of our discussion today and again, will have these made up. We hope to mount the second gun on this pedestal type mounting and we understand that you would like this gun to be delivered to Eastney Range. Yours sincerely, | ||
