Coverley - Production Engineer} /WSC. {W. S. Cassel} 2/AP.11.8.33. is revised as follows:- Passed to Test. 11.9.33. Cylinder LOP.E.36092. 5 -E.28869 Plugs-Core holes removed. 3- Centre Core plugs on inlet side and 2- Core plugs on end of cyl. block. The following new parts fitted:- 4-Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 995 Water inlet adaptors fitted. 3 in the centre and one in the rear core plug hole. 1-Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 995A Water Inlet adaptor fitted in rear core plug hole. The following new replacement parts fitted:- 6-E.29140/1 Joint rings. 6-E.36382 Rubbers-A {Mr Adams} /CYV.9.8.cc. Remaining parts to complete are existing. RHC {R. H.
