Design modifications to the luggage carriers for the Phantom model.

X.7400 X.8400 X.7460 After seeing EAC.7. luggage carrier having the side forgings with a milled groove on the outer side, R.{Sir Henry Royce} thinks we should return to the original design of N.Sch.2269. (as on 7-EX) for this piece, in order to have the enhanced appearance of the smooth outer face. Any material which you may have for N.Sch.2269 can therefore be used up, but when it is convenient to do so we would like you to use the revised design of N.Sch.2366. on account of its more orderly geometry, but would suggest that you change the section of the side extensions, and the cross tube fixing, to that of the original scheme. Regarding the petrol tank protecting luggage grid revised scheme N.Sch.2286., we wish the same changes to be made to the side forgings of the gat folding extensions.
