H Dept. C " C.I." S. " Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} V8770 BY11/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 4.5.25. Now that public announcement has been made of our policy in regard to fitting a new engine into the 40/50 HP. chassis, the use of EAC. letters on our instructions should be discontinued. It has been decided to adopt this engine for normal purposes instead of for EAC. purposes as we were originally instructed. For D.O. and Experimental Dept's information it should be noted that the use of EAC. will continue, but in this case it will be with the object of distinguishing between certain experiments which are being carried out at the moment.
