Potential clearance issue between the exhaust cut-out snout and the rear brake actuating shaft on the 'New Phantom'.

It would appear that the clearance between the exhaust cut-out snout and the horizontal actuating shaft of the rear brakes is very small, and, in fact, when the leather gaiter is over the end of this shaft, the two would appear to foul if the axle comes up on to the buffers.
