RE. ROLLS-ROYCE INVOICES FROM OUTSIDE DEPOTS.

We are constantly being asked to pass invoices from Cricklewood, Paris etc. for petrol, oil, and cleaning etc. on Experimental Cars and we always have great difficulty in checking these. As the system stands at present, it is quite possible for anybody to take one of our Experimental Cars into one of our branches and order what petrol or anything else they like without us being able to trace who ordered it or whether it was supplied.

We suggest that when Derby is being invoiced for transactions of this nature, the name of the Driver of the Car or Official to whom the goods were supplied, should be always stated.
