1092 To Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/MH.{M. Huckerby}4.11.39. STUDEBAKER CAR. With reference to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}19/E.3.11.39, we collected the Studebaker car from Rover's in pieces. It was obviously not worth while building it up at Rover's and then pulling it to pieces as soon as it got here. When we have completed the necessary examination and drawings we shall build it up. Our main interest in the car is that it is over 2½-litres and yet weighs less than 22 cwts.
