Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} , please receive herewith one blue print of each of the following Outline Drawings for forwarding to R. {Sir Henry Royce} D.50011- Smith dynamo modified 4 D Model. D.50042- Rotax " Ar.4 " D.50050- C.A.V. Motor " S.C. " D.50052- Smith Motor " S.S. " The official orders for one sample model of each type have recently been passed to the above firms by Wd. {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} and we are assured that these machines are being completed with all speed. With regard to the remaining machines which we are buying we wish to make the following remarks :- C.A.V. Dynamo Modified D.B.Model. We are in communication with these people and hope to have all out-standing points cleared up within the next few days. Rotax Motor Modified M.T.1 L Model. We are awaiting a reply to EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 4/T7.6.21 before proceeding any further with this machine. Lucas Dynamo and Motor Models. Lucas Limited are building special machines and we are therefore not yet in a position to send final Outlines. All these dynamos and motors are being made on the lines suggested in EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 6/Ta.6.21. This latter was written by EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} after his recent visit to West WitteringHenry Royce's home town. WER. | ||
