"Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}" WORKS copy to "PN{Mr Northey}" LONDON. -------------------- X1052 Re: Trial of "Panhard". Before "PN{Mr Northey}" knew that Mr. Rowbotham would be in Paris, he was rather anxious to try the "Panhard", and asked me to arrange a run for him. He now writes to the effect that as Messrs. Rowbotham and Hancock have tried the car, it should not be necessary for him to make a trial for the moment, but he would like to have a report on the result of the trial. Perhaps you would be good enough to send "PN{Mr Northey}" a copy of Mr. Rowbotham's report ? Ps. P.S. I was prevented from taking part in the trial. Therefore, I cannot give my appreciation of the "Panhard" steering. Ps. Ps ( RECEIVED ) 20 AUG 1926 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
