Messrs. Cornercroft Ltd.,
Ace Works,
Queen Victoria Road,
COVENTRY.

For the attention of Mr.N.Rycroft.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for sending the four Talbot wheel discs which you are right in supposing are for experimental purposes.

We note what you say about the peaked rib being a registered Rootes design. However, there were in our Repair Dept. on Saturday two up-to-date Rolls-Royce cars fitted with 'Ace' discs embodying this feature. We should be glad to have your views on this because the peaked rib is the obvious way of making a satisfactory join of the chromium and paint and we should like to make sure that we are prohibited from using it.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
