E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Fowler Clark Esq.,
Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.
Dear Fowler Clark,
I have yours of the 8th inst. re charges for dismantling the Lucas magneto and, of course, strictly speaking, Lucas ought to pay for this but I hardly like to ask them to do so, and I suppose I shall have to, as no one else seems to want to. Before agreeing however, can you find out what the sum of money involved amounts to and let me know.
Yours sincerely,
G.R.N. Minchin
