Mr. Johnson, | 30.6.11. | Attached herewith is a suggestion from Mr. Spinney re the position of the Change Speed Lever. He suggests we have a special position for the "B" type midway between the "A" and "C". I quite agree with him and think if it is necessary to have two positions of column we might also have two positions for the side levers.
