6021 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC.{R. Childs}2/JH. 16th. November, 1939. Messrs. Lucas Ltd., Great King Street, BIRMINGHAM.19. For the attention of Mr. F.G. Thacker. Dear Sirs, We are looking round for a suitable switchbox and would like one in which a master switch is provided which on the ignition switch being locked, isolate the rest of the circuits (with the exception of parking lights) from the battery. We are also looking into the harness question and wondered if a scheme existed in which tubes of Systoflex or some similar material is threaded over the bunched cables. We would much appreciate any information on the above. We have now received the starter curves which clear up the maximum torque question. Thanking you for your help in the matter. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
