HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X7410 BY/G.19.2.29. SS.{S. Smith} SPRINGING. It seems to me that with the new combination of springs and dampers that we can eliminate any special provision for the Continent and Australia. In regard to Australia Pt. seems to have swung full circle as he started by insisting we must increase poundages to approximately 50%, but his latest screeds now appear to blame us for heavy springs, lecture us for giving him them, and finishes by asking why he cannot have our standard.
